February 3, 2025The yearning for ascension, for a deeper connection to our true selves and the universe, is a powerful driving force for many awakened souls. As we move through 2025, the call to evolve and transcend becomes even more resonant. However, this journey of ascension is not simply about acquiring new knowledge or spiritual practices; it is fundamentally about release. Letting go of old energies, blockages, and programmed thinking is the crucial foundation upon which our spiritual growth is built. Without this essential act of release, we remain tethered to the past, unable to fully embrace the potential of our present and future.Old energies, often stemming from past traumas, unresolved emotions, or karmic imprints, can manifest as persistent feelings of fear, anxiety, anger, or sadness. These energies create energetic blockages within our subtle bodies, hindering the free flow of life force energy and obstructing our connection to higher states of consciousness.
