Subsequent sessions will be highly individualized and vary depending on your needs and include ongoing support, progress checks, accountability, and encouragement. I will imagine your wish fulfilled, further propelling you to achieve your desired results. After each call, you will receive an email from me, outlining your action steps and resources. You’ll walk away feeling clear, refreshed, and excited about upgrading your mindset, habits, and life.
