A return visit will be needed to inspect deficient areas but no fee will be required. Once visual inspection is passed, (no chipping or peeling paint visible), samples will be taken and sent to the laboratory. Lab results will on average take an average of 5 business days. Once complete, you will be emailed your lab results and a digital copy of your certificate (if you pass). Full payment is required to receive results. If a unit fails the lead limits required for certification, a return visit by an inspector will be required at a reduced rate of $50 reinspection fee. Lab fees will apply for a 2nd inspection.
