Each week is a different venue, keeping the variety up. Suitable for all level of fitness. To guarantee a place walkers should be sure to book in at least one week ahead.Participants are expected to have their own NW poles, but by prior arrangement (and subject to COVID guidelines) I can lend poles as necessary for the session at a £1 charge per session (payable on the day).All walks are risk-assessed in advance and delivered by an INWA accredited, insured nordic walking instructorInstructionsJoining instructions with venue details will be messaged in advance and are subject to change, depending on conditions.All bookings are subject to our Booking Terms and Conditions. Please note our fair cancellation policy. Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time of a session. Any cancellation on less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. Bookings are no longer transferable to other times. Significant effort goes into planning sessions and it can be very disruptive to receive late notice cancellations.We reserve the right to cancel a group where less than three walkers are booked in. For this reason we ask that bookings are made at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled start time so that we have sufficient time to notify those that have already booked in that the session is being cancelled due to insufficient numbers.Rain, ice, snow or sun, we will be out there!So, please be sure to wear suitable clothing for the forecasted weather. Footwear should be waterproof. Soggy feet is not good! Conditions are often slippy underfoot due to soft, wet, muddy or icy ground. Please do not turn up in open-toed shoes, slippers, flip-flops, your everyday shoes or anything with a heel! For your own safety, you will not be able to join the session if you do.As per our Terms and Conditions, it is your responsibility to check before you attend each Session that you are in sufficiently good health and free of injury to participate in physical exercise.
