This free introductory 10-minute phone conversation is where you and I see if it would make sense for us to work together. If you're interested in an actual session with your pet, please check our regular services. Please Note: If you select this option in regard to a transitioned pet, I will be send you a written description of how I conduct those sessions, in lieu of a phone conversation about that topic.

This option is ideal if you are trying to address a behavioral or food allergy issue with an individual pet, or you simply want to speak with two pets. (This option is not available if your pet is seriously ill or dying. If you are facing that type of situation, please go to the category marked, "If Your Pet is Seriously Ill or Dying...")

Selecting this option allows me to employ potent tools beyond just conversation to address issues that your pet is up against. Alternately, choose this option if you simply want to speak to up to three pets in your household.

By choosing this service we will send a link for our secure server. We most likely will send the link  before the time scheduled to you may begin the process of uploading your documents. No special equipment needed beyond a smartphone.  Once the documents are loaded we will get started with preparing your return. No need to tell us you uploaded documents the system takes care of that.

This service is for any client wishing to video conference.  Our offices prefer to use Zoom but we will gladly work on any platform that both parties can agree to use.  Zoom works best if we need to screen share your tax return. Typically, we would do that if you wished for us to explain the results with you. However you are always welcome to go over them yourself when you sign them. Our offices will send you a Zoom link for your meeting.  All meetings will be scheduled in CENTRAL time.

This service is for clients wishing to schedule curbside pick-up or drop-off services. A member of staff will be available to meet you in front offices to grab your paperwork, or return your paperwork to you.  If you are selecting this service and are hoping to pick up your completed return the same day, please make a pick-up appointment AT LEAST one hour later.  For those wishing to loosen the constraints of their time we do have a document collection area in the hall where documents can be dropped or picked up at you convenience Mon-Fri 7:45am to 5pm.

This call can be done one-on-one or with your upline also in attendance. You are reserving a time, but Zal will email a confirmation after he receives notice of your reservation. If there is a conflict, he will inform you and you may try a different time. You will be responsible for calling in, either direct, with a three-way call, or using one of our conference lines.
