Our Future Champions Program focuses on instilling values such as respect, strength, and confidence in children ages 3-6. Students will be taught high-level Jiu-Jitsu techniques by our experienced Jiu-Jitsu instructor in an environment that is safe, fun, and challenging.

Our instructors are committed to helping parents mold their children into respectful and positive young adults. Parents are encouraged to stay during lessons to witness their kids becoming stronger and more confident with each passing class and to cheer them on every step of the way.

Advance your Jiu-Jitsu game flow during this course. Take your training beyond the fundamentals and begin to hone the principles you need to succeed, such as discipline, respect, commitment, and leadership.

Our GBK2 Program focuses on instilling values such as respect, strength, and confidence in students ages 7-12. Students will be taught high-level Jiu-Jitsu techniques by our experienced Jiu-Jitsu instructor in an environment that is safe, fun, and challenging.

Our instructors are committed to helping parents mold their children into respectful and positive young adults. Parents are encouraged to stay during lessons to witness their kids becoming stronger and more confident with each passing class and to cheer them on every step of the way.

This will be a one on one, one on two, or one on three Training session which will help you improve your fitness and Kickboxing. This Session is designed to for beginners, Intermediate or higher.

We will be working on:

Pad/bag work: Punch and kicking combinations

Footwork: Maintain good movement and distance

Balance: Keep the weight balanced on both feet

Timing: Knowing when to punch and when to kick

Fitness: Great aerobic exercises to prepare you to be able to Kickbox efficiently

Strength: Increasing your upper-body strength and utilising the lower body strength, working on core

Speed: Hand speed, Kick speed, footwork speed, speed padding

Flexibility: Stretching your muscles to perform the techniques you desire to perform

Advanced manoeuvres: Faints, side step, Perry, Counter and more

All 1on1 classes will be tailored to the individual and their needs

Each friend will cost £20 extra (first session free!)

Our Kids Karate Class: 12 and Under is designed to introduce children to various martial arts techniques and principles in a fun and supportive environment. Each class is tailored to match the children's age group, skill level, and interests. We strive to foster a love for martial arts and healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Our Kids Karate Class for children 10 and under is the perfect way to teach your child discipline, confidence, and respect while having fun. Our experienced instructors use engaging martial arts exercises that help in building strength, coordination, and flexibility. Our class also focuses on instilling essential life skills such as teamwork, goal-setting, and perseverance. Join us today and watch your child grow and excel in our Kids Karate Class.

The Kids Karate Class: Aged 11 and above is a highly structured and disciplined program designed to introduce young students to the fundamentals of karate. Our experienced instructors teach not only basic techniques of karate, but also instill important life-skills such as self-discipline, focus, and respect. Your child will develop stronger self-awareness and confidence through active participation in an engaging and fun-filled atmosphere. Boston Dojo Dojo refers to a martial arts school, and it translates to a place of learning. Over the past twenty-five years, the Boston Martial Arts Center has grown from a group of dedicated practitioners into a full-fledged dojo. Throughout that time, it has served as a conduit for studying martial arts in the Boston area. It is officially recognized as the Bujinkan Dojo Boston under the auspices of the International Bujinkan Organization (Tokyo headquarters) directed by Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi. T
