In this first complementary meeting with Baldwin Financial Advisors we will work with you to discover all relevant information so we can begin to plan your financial success. Meeting approximately one hour.

In your second meeting with Baldwin Financial Advisors we will discuss your goals and how to achieve them. This meeting will last approximately two hours.

As a client of Baldwin Financial Advisors we recommend Annual Reviews to go over your financial plan for success. Quarterly and Bi-annual Reviews are also available to be scheduled with this meeting. Meeting approximately two hours.

2 hour minimum. All settings excluding Court Proceedings.

You can schedule a one-hour appointment with Janice Dantes, Attorney at Law for your case and you are a current client. This appointment can be in person at her office or by phone. Charges will apply.

By choosing this service we will send a link for our secure server. We most likely will send the link  before the time scheduled to you may begin the process of uploading your documents. No special equipment needed beyond a smartphone.  Once the documents are loaded we will get started with preparing your return. No need to tell us you uploaded documents the system takes care of that.

This service is for any client wishing to video conference.  Our offices prefer to use Zoom but we will gladly work on any platform that both parties can agree to use.  Zoom works best if we need to screen share your tax return. Typically, we would do that if you wished for us to explain the results with you. However you are always welcome to go over them yourself when you sign them. Our offices will send you a Zoom link for your meeting.  All meetings will be scheduled in CENTRAL time.

This service is for clients wishing to schedule curbside pick-up or drop-off services. A member of staff will be available to meet you in front offices to grab your paperwork, or return your paperwork to you.  If you are selecting this service and are hoping to pick up your completed return the same day, please make a pick-up appointment AT LEAST one hour later.  For those wishing to loosen the constraints of their time we do have a document collection area in the hall where documents can be dropped or picked up at you convenience Mon-Fri 7:45am to 5pm.
