I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who works with both individuals and couples. My counseling is compassionate, empathic and empowerment-based. I believe healing occurs through the recognition of your inner strengths, helping you find ways to treat yourself with compassion during difficult times. I take care to understand and talk with you about your experiences. Together we gently explore sources of pain or stress, and decide on the best strategies for reducing stress.
