In approximately 1.5 hours, our experienced assessors will engage in a 30-minute chat to understand your specific needs and then guide you through a series of written and practical activities. With a focus on delivering tailored solutions, we aim to empower you and help you achieve your goals. 

Although time displayed for booking is 30 mins, we anticpate your appointment will be 1.5 hours. If booking into the 10.30am or 12.30pm time slot your session will commence with a 30 minute one on one chat with our assessor followed by written and practical activites in a small group (maximum 4 people).If booking into the 11.00 am or the 1.00 pm time slots, your session will begin with written and practical activities in a small group (maximum of 4 people) followed by a 30 minute on one one chat with our assessor. With a focus on delivering tailored solutions, we aim to empower you and help you achieve your goals.
