This is a 15-minute call with your Trilogy Care Care Partner, a dedicated time for you to talk through anything related to your care at home and Support at Home funding. This call is for general support, questions about your services, and checking in on how things are going. It is a 15-minute call only. If you would like a care plan or budget review, please let your Care Partner know during the call and we will book a separate appointment with our care planning team to make sure enough time is set aside for you. To help us prepare, please tell us what you would like to discuss, the more detail you provide, the better we can support you during the call.

صباحاتنا أطيب مع المشي! كل يوم من الـ6:00 للـ 7:00 صباحاًالمكان : عبدون الانطلاق :  كافيه بُنّة في عبدون، ومنمشي ساعة بننشّط فيها جسمنا وننعش يومنا… وبنرجع بعدها لنحتسي معاً مشروب ساخن بهالأجواء الحلوة و في كمان العاب ال board games فرصة لنتعرف مع بعض  و ننبسط سوا ٢٠٪ من كل اوردر او طلب يخصص لدعم رياضة لاجل الخير 

2 hour morning sessions for 7-9 year old cyclists. Let your rider develop their skills and hone their riding on the best trail and off piste trails Glentress has to offer. Each session will cover a mix of trail riding and skills coaching aimed at the age and stage of the riders. Trail choice will be determined by the riders ability and the weather. Train or ride with more independence after a 2 day cycle coaching and leadership course for 12-18 year olds. Day One: Skills coaching and practical examples of coaching theory aimed at young bike riders. Day Two: Adventure and basic leadership skills. Quite road riding and MTB trails. Learn about how to lead or ride on both. This course is ideal for DofE candidates and any young person looking to gain greater confidence in the outdoors.  Based near or at Glentress near Peebles we are easily accessible from Edinburgh, Newcastle or Glasgow. Learn: Cycling techniques, Route planning and navigation, Basic incident management, trail side repairs. Maximum Group Size 8: 2 coaches  Two day course. £65 per rider.
