You will receive a full refund if a babysitter can't be found in the available time.CancellationsIf you need to cancel a confirmed booking for a Casual Sitter, please take note of the following cancellation fees:If you cancel your booking anytime before the role, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee for each day that was booked.If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice before the role, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee for each day that was booked.If you cancel with less than 4 hours notice before the role, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee for each day that was booked.Please be aware that the cancellation fee will be paid directly to the sitter via bank transfer.
