Croagh Patrick Seafoods is a well established family business producing fresh, delicious Clew Bay native oysters, award-winning Pacific oysters, mussels and clams. For a quarter of a century the Gannon family has produced shellfish in mari-culture sites on the shores of Clew Bay beside Croagh Patrick for which the company is named. 

Once monthly, these Spring Tide VIP Tours are lead by the farmer himself – Padraic Gannon. Hear his story directly from the man who moved the family business from the land to the sea. Hear how Padraic’s practice of ‘husbandry’ nurtures his oysters from seed to table or as we like to say – from Shore to Door. 

 

We invite you to harvest, shuck, prepare and enjoy your oysters in our tasting room overlooking Clew Bay’s idyllic shores.  

 

This VIP Experience is punctuated with live traditional Irish music performed by a member of the Gannon family. Each VIP receives a take home gift hamper at the conclusion of the tasting and pairing experience.

Experience a real-life Oyster Farm when you visit Croagh Patrick Seafood Tours on the shores of Clew Bay, with Croagh Patrick in the distance. Only 5 minute cycle off the Greenway and a 15 minute drive from Westport and 10 minutes from Newport.

Du 13 mars au 14 avril, les clients de ce restaurant éphémère situé à Gesves pourront profiter de navettes totalement gratuites les emmenant de leur domicile jusqu’aux Serres de Béronsart. Aller et retour, sécurité garantie.

Pour en profiter, deux critères : habiter dans un rayon de 20 kilomètres autour des Serres, et réserver une navette à l’avance via le site internet du restaurant. 

Chaque chauffeur prendra en charge 3 tables par soir. En semaine, 3 horaires de picking sont proposés avec les heures de retour déjà indiquées : 

HORAIRE N° 1 : départ du domicile à 18h30 - départ du restaurant à 21h30HORAIRE N° 2 : départ du domicile à 19h30 - départ du restaurant à 22h30HORAIRE N° 3 : départ du domicile à 20h30 - départ du restaurant à 23h30

Attention : le premier retour se fera donc avant le début des concerts prévus. 

Le dimanche, pour la formule brunch, chaque chauffeur ira chercher deux clients avec deux horaires de picking :
