We offer one-on-one private wrestling sessions where we'll spend 60-75 minutes highly focused on the areas you want to learn and grow in. Each session will come with direct instruction, technique critique and correction (where needed),drills, plus strength and conditioning training.

If you're looking for traditional 1-on-1 personal training, this is the package for you!  Our personal training happens in-person at our facility in Houston, PA with 1-on-1 guidance and feedback. All packages include customized individual programming with 60-90 minute in-person sessions, complete with nutrition guidance.

 If you're looking to bring your company, team or just your friends together to do some training and conditioning, let's talk. We can design private group sessions, from 45-60 minutes  for up to 15 people.

De Gellak nieuwe set behandeling is ideaal wanneer je geen nagelproduct draagt of je laatste behandeling langer dan vier weken geleden was. Voor een optimaal resultaat adviseer ik een combi-manicure bij de behandeling te boeken. Extra tijd wordt in rekening gebracht voor het verwijderen van oud nagelproduct. Kosten hiervoor variëren van 10 tot 15 euro, afhankelijk van het te verwijderen product. Let op: bij zeer korte of beschadigde nagels, neem eerst telefonisch contact op.

Deze laten we 10 minuten intrekken.Een paraffine pakking zorgt door de warmte voor een goede doorbloeding. Tijdelijke vermindering van pijnen.Diepe hydratatie van de huid.Ontspanning.
