The Welcome Lounge, located right next to the ballroom, is a private space for up to 25 guests. Perfect for small ministry meetings or discipleship group discussions. Note that screen and projector are not available in this room. Upon form submission, our admin team will promptly review your booking request and confirm your reservation via email. 

The ballroom offers a unique event space accommodating up to 200 guests for exclusive use or 60 attendees for shared use.This space is ideal for large ministry events and discipleship group gatherings.For exclusive use of the whole ballroom, ensure Ballroom 2 and 3 are available as well on your preferred time.  Then, tick off the request for exclusive use on the booking form.  Screen and projector are available for use during private events.Submit your booking form, and our admin team will promptly review your request and provide final confirmation via email.
