Je t'invite à venir te déposer sur ton tapis pour ce cours extérieur au bord du lac Saint-Augustin. Ce cours de Hatha Flow est accessible à tous puisque des variations seront suggérées tout au long de la séance. 

**Rendez-vous au stationnement du Parc Riverain à 9h45 pour se rendre à l'emplacement si vous ne reconnaissez pas cet endroit.
