Use CasesBefore using the room, make sure the room is available by using the room booking system. You can concentrate and be productive! There are 3 types of use cases in the room:PresentationDiscussion WorkshopPresentationYou want to find a space for the audience to concentrate while you are presenting. Also, you want to provide seats with tables for interactive activities in one part of your presentation. The flexible room arrangement with large tables and chairs can facilitate your presentation. By moving the tables and chairs to face the beamer with the presented images, the audience can focus on your content easily. You can also place materials like paper cards on the table for the activities. Stationary like sticky notes and pen is also provided in the room for the audience to write down important points. You can also use the projector to show your slides, videos, reference photos and websites for everyone to see.Discussion You want to find a quiet and productive space for discussion. However, there are too many people around the Gute Stube. Here, we provide you with a suitable and comfortable space for discussion with sufficient reading materials. There may be many ideas in your head and you want to present them clearly. Now, sticky notes and white boards are useful. You have to separate yourselves into groups and discuss. The room includes an interaction bar with high tables and chairs. The room arrangement is flexible, which means the furniture is movable. Simply arrange the tables and chairs according to the number of group mates you have. There is also paper for brainstorming on the wall for writing freely! We are sure that you can come up with innovative ideas and improve project results. For some of you who want to continue your work when the professor leaves the room, it may be difficult to start by yourself. Now, templates of design processes are helpful as they guide you to think systematically. You can also scan the QR codes of templates to use them in your laptop. Later, you can put the diagrams (pdf) in your presentation file.WorkshopIf you are searching for a classroom with sufficient stationary and tools for brainstorming activities and workshops, Service Design Lab is the best place for you.
