小組輔導旨於提供一個安全的環境讓參與者共同分享日常生活中遇到的困擾。八次的會面及互動當中，參與者能學習有關的心理健康知識，深入了解成長中遇到的困擾及強化社交支援的網絡，並透過反思練習，討論和技巧訓練增強參與者對困擾的理解及解決問題的能力。

每組名額：4人
