Każde spotkanie to magiczna podróż w świat kolorów, dźwięków, zapachów i emocji, pełna spontaniczności, śmiechu i bliskości.

Konsultacja dietetyczna pierwszorazowa czas trwania 50 min. Indywidualne spotkanie z dietetykiem klinicznym, ukierunkowane na poprawę zdrowia, samopoczucia i nawyków żywieniowych.Podczas wizyty omówimy Twoje cele, styl życia i potrzeby, a także zaplanujemy praktyczne kroki w kierunku zdrowej diety.

Where light, cellular energy and restoration connect. The Red Light Therapy Bed uses low wavelength red and near-infrared light to penetrate deep into the skin, energising cells and enhancing the body’s natural repair processes. While you rest under its warm glow, the light reaches the mitochondria - the energy centres of your cells - stimulating ATP production and supporting tissue regeneration. This light-based therapy helps improve circulation, reduce inflammation and promote collagen production, allowing the skin and muscles to recover faster. Regular sessions can support joint mobility, improve mood, and assist in balancing the body’s circadian rhythm. As your body absorbs the light, a sense of deep calm often follows, as the nervous system relaxes and the mind begins to quieten. It is a subtle yet powerful therapy that promotes recovery from the inside out, helping the body and mind return to their natural state of equilibrium. Each session is an opportunity to recharge, regenerate and restore, the gentle reminder that light itself can heal when received with intention.

Flow state recovery. An adaptive recovery protocol designed around biological priorityThe Sequence is not a fixed routine. It is a structured recovery system that can be ordered differently depending on what the body needs most in that moment. Each element of The Sequence influences a distinct physiological system:• Mechanical circulation and tissue release • Nervous system regulation and adaptability • Oxygen delivery and cellular repairThe order in which these are applied determines which system the body prioritises first, and therefore how the overall recovery response unfolds.By adjusting the sequence, we can bias the session toward performance recovery, inflammation control, nervous system regulation, immune support, or cognitive clarity, while using the same core tools.Below are the most effective sequence orders and the specific benefits each delivers.1. Performance and Heavy Training LoadTheraJet → AquaVive → Hyperbaric OxygenPrimary benefit Accelerated tissue recovery and return to physical outputWhy this order works • TheraJet first reduces fascial restriction and improves blood and lymphatic flow • AquaVive then restores vascular tone and neuromuscular responsiveness • Hyperbaric oxygen consolidates repair by maximising oxygen delivery to primed tissueOutcome • Faster recovery between sessions • Reduced muscle soreness and stiffness • Improved resilience under training load2. Injury Recovery and InflammationTheraJet → Hyperbaric Oxygen → AquaVive (optional and low intensity)Primary benefit Inflammation control and tissue healing without overstimulationWhy this order works • Mechanical circulation first reduces fluid congestion around injured tissue • Oxygen second supports cellular repair, angiogenesis, and inflammation regulation • Contrast is introduced cautiously to avoid excessive neurological stressOutcome • Reduced swelling and discomfort • Improved healing environment • Support for rehabilitation timelines3. Burnout, Stress, and Nervous System DysregulationTheraJet → Hyperbaric Oxygen → AquaVive (gentle or omitted)Primary benefit Restoration of autonomic balance and nervous system recoveryWhy this order works • TheraJet downregulates sympathetic nervous system activity • Oxygen supports brain metabolism and neural recovery • Contrast is used sparingly to avoid overactivationOutcome • Improved calm and regulation • Reduced mental and physical fatigue • Better sleep and recovery capacity4. Illness Recovery and Immune SupportHyperbaric Oxygen → TheraJet → AquaVive (optional)Primary benefit Support for immune function and cellular energy during low-capacity statesWhy this order works • Oxygen first supports immune cell metabolism and tissue oxygenation • Gentle circulation supports lymphatic clearance without draining energy • Contrast is only added if the system is readyOutcome • Improved energy availability • Support for recovery during illness or post-infection fatigue • Reduced systemic heaviness5. Mental Clarity, Focus, and Cognitive ResetHyperbaric Oxygen → TheraJet → AquaVivePrimary benefit Enhanced brain function and cognitive sharpnessWhy this order works • Oxygen first improves cerebral oxygen delivery and metabolic efficiency • Mechanical relaxation reduces physical noise and tension • Contrast sharpens neural responsiveness and alertnessOutcome • Improved focus and decision making • Reduced cognitive overload • Clearer mental stateThe Padded Cell PerspectiveRecovery is most effective when the body is supported in the order it needs most, not the order that is convenient or habitual. The Sequence allows us to apply the same tools with different intent, creating a recovery experience that is precise, responsive, and grounded in physiology. This is recalibration guided by biology, not routine.

The Blood HealthA science led session supporting energy, recovery, and cellular resilienceWho this session can benefitThis session is designed for people whose bodies are under load, whether that load comes from training, work, illness, stress, or long periods of low energy. It is commonly used by: • Individuals training regularly or managing physical performance • People recovering from illness, injury, or inflammation • Those experiencing fatigue, burnout, or low energy • Individuals under prolonged physical or cognitive stress • Anyone looking to support general health and cellular functionThis session is not about stimulation. It is about supporting the systems the body already uses to recover and adapt. The science behind the combinationAt a biological level, recovery depends on how well cells produce energy and how efficiently oxygen is used inside the body.Red light therapy prepares the cells Red and near infrared light are absorbed by mitochondria, the structures inside cells responsible for producing ATP, the body’s usable energy. Exposure to this wavelength of light supports mitochondrial efficiency, improves microcirculation, and helps regulate inflammation and oxidative stress. From a physiological perspective, red light increases the cell’s readiness to do work. It reduces resistance at a cellular level and supports more efficient energy production.Oxygen supports repair and metabolism Oxygen is essential for aerobic metabolism, tissue repair, immune function, and nervous system regulation. Increasing oxygen availability after cellular priming allows those prepared cells to produce energy and carry out repair processes more effectively. Why the order matters Red light is used first because it enhances mitochondrial function and cellular responsiveness. Oxygen follows to supply the fuel required for those activated processes. In simple terms: Red light prepares the system. Oxygen supports the repair. The Padded Cell perspectiveAt The Padded Cell, we approach recovery as a biological process, not a quick fix. This session works by creating the right internal conditions for the body to regulate, repair, and restore itself.Rather than forcing change, red light and oxygen support the body at the level where energy, healing, and resilience actually happen: inside the cell. This is why the session works across performance recovery, illness support, and general wellbeing. The mechanism is the same. Only the reason for using it changes.
