Our 1:1 Coach Checkin Meetings are a great opportunity to chat about how things are going, check in on your progress and make sure you're getting the most out of your training here at Denman. 

This 60-minute session includes a strength re-test, a review of your progress so far, and a chance to chat with a coach about your next steps. We’ll help you map out a plan that aligns with your goals.

A FREE consultation where we will explore your short and long term goals, your training experience and how you can receive the best support from your coach going forward. We will discuss the aim of training together, as well as the outcomes of a structured training plan and expert coach. This consultation allows you to ask questions and decide if personal training is the right option for you.

A 1-1 personalised training session tailored to your specific goals and current fitness level. Expect to train in an inclusive environment, where I will coach you to build strength, improve technique and build confidence. All sessions are tailored to your specific goals, with professional, supportive coaching. For block bookings; each session is in line with your periodised fitness programme.

New to the gym? A gym induction is totally free for current members of ToneZone, Darley Abbey. If you need some assistance using the machines safely and effectively, feel free to contact me with any questions via email or WhatsApp, or go ahead and book a free 30 minute gym induction.
