Nach einem getakteten Alltag, voller Termine und Lärm, ist restorative Yoga oder regeneratives Yoga, Entspannung pur. Jede Asana wird mit Hilfemitteln wie Bolstern, Blöcken, Decken, Gurten und Meditationskissen unterstützt. So kannst du dich völlig dem einfachen nur sein hingeben. Eine Asana wird bis zu 10 Minuten gehalten. Das lange verbleiben in der Asana, hilft tiefliegende Verspannungen zu lösen.
