She is a certified trauma-informed yoga facilitator, life coach, and RRCA-certified running coach who also earned her doctorate in Religion and Culture, with a certificate in Women's and Gender Studies from Southern Methodist University. A veteran of nearly twenty years in vocational interfaith ministry, pastoral care and spiritual directing, and community organizing with youth and young adult activists and survivors of trauma, Haley is passionate about post-traumatic growth and life to the full and believes in the radical power of joy, story, and compassion to transform trauma in ourselves and our world and create life-giving planetary community. This 6 week course will run Tuesdays from 26th April 2022 at Steventon Village Hall, a lovely village just outside of Abingdon, lots of parking, easy access with prams and access to the kitchenette. Babyzen offers baby massage courses running over a 6 week period. You will learn all about the different strokes and how they can benifit your baby, such as colic relief, teething troubles, tummy pains and allowing a more relaxing, soothing bath/bedtime routine. It's also a great way of meeting new mums and being able to share your tips with one another. Just bring yourself, your baby, a towel and a blanket. Partners, grannies grandads are all welcome.
