Classes are a 1.5 hour immersion into Kundalini Yoga postures, breathwork, mantra, mudras, meditation and much more. Each class is held by Mari where she draws upon ancient Kundalini Yoga teachings to create a space for you to Experience Transformation.You can pay £10 per class online via link or in the class. Alternatively you can pay for a cluster of class bookings for £40 for 5 classes. Bring a mat, water, and perhaps a bolster or cushion if needed, plus a blanket or something warm for relaxation.
