In support of World Mental Health Day we’re hosting a Wellbeing Day in our London office on Thursday 9 October. We know that it can be hard to find the time to identify the services or tools that help you manage your mental health. And it can be far more complex to achieve this than just a few moments of rest, but we hope that carving out spaces at work to try a therapy that could form part of your emotional toolbox.  This year, we have the expert therapists at Pamper and Puff spending the day with us to offer you a selection of treatments aimed at supporting your nervous system.  As part of the day you’ll be able to enjoy one or all of the following; 20min Indian head massage treatment -20min Reflexology treatment30min Sound bath sessionPlease be mindful of other people and only book one of each session. 

Massage appointments are limited to two per month per person to give everyone a chance to book.
