L'objectif de cet atelier est de vous apporter la connaissance de mouvements de massage simples afin de vous apprendre un rituel complet à pratiquer vous-même avec votre bébé. Ces massages ne sont pas thérapeutiques mais peuvent contribuer à soulager certains maux (coliques, constipation,...), mais également favoriser l'apaisement, l'endormissement, le développement sensoriel et psychomoteur de bébé, tout en partageant un véritable moment de complicité avec lui. 

Série de quatre séances hebdomadaires d'une heure chacune, vous devez donc le réserver 4 fois aux dates qui vous conviennent, le prix indiqué est le prix d'une seule séance. The Light House Full Day Tour is a good option all year round. The weather is always warmer and sunnier in this area. On this trip, you will travel to less touristic locations and discover many hidden treasures.The first stop of our journey is the Viewpoint of Fajã dos Padres. Is located in the parish of Quinta Grande, perched on a cliff about 250 meters.This is where we find the panoramic elevator that gives access to Fajã, or the New Cable Car lowering is in 4 minutes!Second Stop is at the Village of Ponta do Sol. Its name “sunny point” derives from the fact that this is one of the sunniest places on the Island. In the 15th century, Ponta do Sol’s main agricultural product was the sugar cane, which brought great prosperity and development to the town. Nowadays, banana plantations predominate in agriculture. The picturesque bay with a pebble beach invites you on a relaxing walk by the sea. In the center of the village, you may also visit the 15th-century church, the interior is of beautiful Baroque style.The next location is not far away. Is the Cascata dos Anjos, a breathtaking waterfall in Madeira, is a must ... Scenic viewpoints provide panoramic views of the coastline and the Atlantic Ocean.Continuing along the coast, we arrive at Calheta. This is the biggest municipality of Madeira. In the village, there are several interesting places to visit, one of them is The Old Sugarcane Mill. It was founded in 1901 and it hosts an important museum space that recreates the history of the factory and the transformation of sugarcane into honey and aguardente (similar to rum). Here you may also try the delicious honey cake. Afterward, we reach Jardim do Mar, a remote village that until 1960 could only be reached by boat. The town is surrounded by colorful wildflowers and steep cliffs. Jardim do Mar preserves the tranquility of the past, which the old narrow streets still bear witness. The promenade built across the village offers a pleasant walk from one end to the other. Its time for lunch...Than we drive through to the traditional fishing village of Paúl do Mar. It is considered to be one of the warmest places in Madeira, even in the winter, the temperature is quite warm. The small village is located under high cliffs. This is a popular location for surfers, it is considered by some as one of the best places to surf in Europe.Ponta do Pargo is our next stop on the extreme Southwest point of Madeira. Here you will find the well-known lighthouse, built on a steep hillside at 290 meters above sea level. It was constructed in 1922 to help fishermen navigate in the dangerous coastline.Continuing along the coast line, we will arrive at Teleférico das Achadas da Cruz viewpoint, with its impressive view over Calhau das Achadas. Located at the top of a large rocky escarpment, this viewpoint offers visitors the opportunity to contemplate, from an overlooking view, the 'fajã' that is bathed by the clear waters of the Atlantic Ocean at the bottom of the slope. In the landscape, the peculiar (and very photogenic) design of the agricultural land also stands out. The cable car that gives its name to the viewpoint was created to facilitate the transportation of food, as well as farmers' access to this area known for its high fertility. However, this means of connection to the beach has also become an important tourist attraction.A few Minutes Driving we will find the Porto Moniz Santinha View Point. From this high point, visitors have the opportunity to peacefully contemplate the entire extension of the town of Porto Moniz, its natural pools with their peculiar outline, seen from above, the sinuous coastline and even Ilhéu Mole, a natural monument that adds to the scenery's charm. At the Santinha viewpoint there is also a religious figure, evoking Nossa Senhora dos Caminhos. It is one of the multiple demonstrations of the importance of faith for the local population.Driving towards North side of the Island we will find "Veu da Noiva" Viewpoint. From this viewpoint, it is possible to admire this unrepeatable landscape in all its serenity. The waterfall that falls down the slope towards the sea, was so named because of its height and the abundance of water that gushes out of it. It therefore resembles the romantic veil of a wedding dress, contrasting with its green surroundings.After passing through São Vicente, we arrive to Serra de Agua at a local Poncha Tavern. Very authentic and stylish place to have an amazing, fresh poncha, made right in front of you. Santana & Ruins of St George tour is a great trip, not only to enjoy the fantastic landscapes but also to experience Madeira’s culture, history, and traditions.We start the tour with a quick visit to Terreiro da Luta, this area was once the last stop on the only cog railway (Monte Railway) in Madeira. Here you can marvel at the “Our Lady of Peace sanctuary statue” which is supported by 4 Roman columns.The following stop, Pico do Arieiro is at one of the highest points of Madeira at 1818 meters above sea level. It provides a panoramic view of the central mountains. This is an excellent location to take some breathtaking photos. After the mountains, we drive to Ribeiro Frio, into the heart of the Laurissilva Forest (Laurel Forest), which is classified by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage site. The Laurel Forest is a unique habitat with a diversity of rare fauna and flora.In Ribeiro Frio, you may also visit the famous trout farm, where this particular type of fish grows in the freshwater that comes from the Levada. Afterward, we arrive in Santana. The village is best known for its traditional triangular-shaped houses. These houses are painted in bright colors and the thatched roof is made with straw. Continuing along the coast we will arrive at the Ruins of St. George. St. George Ruins is located in Calhau de São Jorge, this centre is formed by the ruins of the old sugar cane mills that were installed there in the early days of the island's settlement process. Of these old buildings, stands out the very well-preserved pebble entrance portico. Be sure to take advantage of this visit to also be surprised by the scenery offered by Calhau de São Jorge. This secluded beach on a small freshwater lagoon, in the bed of the Ribeira de São Jorge, is surrounded by a vibrant landscape, between the green hills and the ocean. This break will be longer as it is lunchtime. We stay here for about 90 minutes. After lunch, we drive to an amazing view point called Miradouro do Guindaste. This viewpoint is known for the outstanding beauty of its surroundings. It is an idyllic setting, marked by the harmony between the green mountains, the imposing cliffs that mark the coastal geology and the clear tone of the seawater. From here visitors can view the pebble beach of Foz da Ribeira do Faial and the peculiar geological structure next to it, a prismatic or columnar disjunction, resulting from lava flows.The following Stop is at Sugar cane Factory in Porto da Cruz. "Engenhos do Norte" was built in 1927 and equipped with 19th-century machinery. However, to understand its relevance, one must go back to the 16th century. It was at this time that Madeira established itself as one of the most famous sugar producers in the world, and sugar was then known as 'white gold'. Even today, sugar cane remains one of the most important crops for the island. Here you can taste a number of brandies at 'Casa do Rum', next to Engenhos do Norte. (Drink Included in the Trip)After being in the North of the Island for most of the day, we drive to the most Eastern part of Madeira called Ponta de São Lourenço in Caniçal. From the viewpoint of Ponta do Rosto you get to see the North and South coasts of the Island. Ponta de São Lourenço is a peninsula that measures approximately 9 km in length and 2 km in width. Here the landscape is completely different from the rest of the Island. The semi-arid climate and its exposure to North winds have sculpted the low vegetation and explain the lack of trees. In 1982 this area was declared a geological natural reserve with the main purpose of preserving its fauna and flora.The Next "Quick" stop of our journey is at the "Viewpoint of the Lord of Miracles" above a town full of history. Machico was where Gonçalves Zarco and Tristão Vaz Teixeira disembarked in 1419 when they discovered Madeira. From here you can see the stunning bay of Machico with a small yellow sand beach that was imported from Morocco.Our Last Stop "Cristo Rei View Point" is located at Garajau in caniço. This observatory offers a panoramic perspective over the natural heritage of Garajau, part of Funchal bay, and also Caniço de Baixo, an important tourist centre. In addition, visitors have access to a privileged view over the Atlantic Ocean. The Cristo Rei Viewpoint owes its name to the statue of the Sacred Heart of Jesus built on this spot.

Is located in the parish of Quinta Grande, perched on a cliff about 250 meters.This is where we find the panoramic elevator that gives access to Fajã, or the New Cable Car lowering is in 4 minutes!15h50 - Ribeira Brava (Viewpoint). Located in the parish of Ribeira Brava, the São Sebastião Viewpoint offers visitors a panoramic perspective over Madeira's west coast. It is the ideal place to enjoy some quiet moments contemplating the Atlantic Ocean and the seafront.16h25 - Cascata dos Anjos Waterfall. Cascata dos Anjos is a stunning waterfall located on the picturesque island of Madeira. This unique natural wonder cascades directly onto the old coastal road, creating a captivating sight that attracts both tourists and locals. The waterfall's easy accessibility and breathtaking beauty make it a must-visit destination. Cascata dos Anjos holds a significant place in the history and culture of Madeira. Formed through the island's unique geological processes, this waterfall has been a vital part of the local ecosystem for centuries. The name "Anjos," meaning "angels," adds a mystical touch to its allure. 16h50 - Afterward, we reach Jardim do Mar, a remote village that until 1960 could only be reached by boat. The town is surrounded by colorful wildflowers and steep cliffs. Jardim do Mar preserves the tranquility of the past, which the old narrow streets still bear witness. The promenade built across the village offers a pleasant walk from one end to the other. Its time for a walk along the promenade.17h30 - We are to our destination, Paul do Mar. Situated southwest of the island of Madeira, Paul do Mar stands out for the undeniable beauty of its surroundings and its deep-rooted fishing tradition, which mark the daily life and profile of this town to this day. It is, therefore, an unavoidable parish in the municipality of Calheta. The name of this place comes from its peculiar orography, as it resembles a valley, sheltered by imposing rocks on one side and bathed by the sea on the other. The town's proximity to the Atlantic Ocean has decisively shaped its culture and, of course, its economic activity. Paul do Mar is an important fishing centre on the island. To our trip we choose "Maktub Pub". This Bar offers lovely local cocktails and drinks and some of the most dramatic sunset views on the island. You’ll have a front-row seat to watch the sun slowly sink into the Atlantic Ocean, with nothing but the vast expanse of water and sky in front of you.The sheer drop from the viewpoint to the ocean adds an element of excitement and awe to the experience. As the sun sets, the cliffs around you are bathed in golden light, and the ocean takes on a shimmering quality that’s almost hypnotic. This is a place where you can truly feel the power and beauty of nature. It’s also a great spot for photography, as the dramatic landscape and stunning light make for some incredible shots.
