We offer individual art therapy and talk therapy sessions. These sessions are designed to support individuals as they identify and address issues that may be impacting their lives. These sessions can be done in office, out of office or virtually. Our out of office option is only available on Saturdays and the client and therapist will agree on where they would like to meet. This option is available for persons who may be more comfortable having their session in an outdoor setting. 

We offer group art therapy and group talk therapy sessions. The purpose of our group sessions is to have clients work collaboratively, process collectively, and learn and grow from interactions, conversations, and art making with one another. 

In our open studio sessions, individuals can come and freely create, and take time to engage in whatever their artistic needs are. The open studio sessions are non-directive and hence give individuals the opportunity to freely express and explore their creativity.
