This first visit includes a health history review, an initial oral and gum assessment, a discussion of habits and goals, and a care plan based on your needs. Depending on the appointment and clinical requirements, it may also include a professional cleaning and personalized home-care education.

For patients who have had a previous visit. This appointment focuses on follow-up: reviewing any health changes, re-evaluating gums and areas of concern, continuing the cleaning process as needed, and updating home-care recommendations based on your progress.

A first-time visit for children focused on comfort, prevention, and education. The appointment includes a parent/guardian health history review, a gentle oral and gum assessment, and age-appropriate coaching on brushing and flossing. If appropriate, it may also include a cleaning and polishing, fluoride treatment, and recommendations tailored to your child’s needs.
