Mark provide full comprehensive evaluations no matter what the injury or issue is. The initial evaluation gives the patient the opportunity to receive professional information, diagnostics, treatment plan options, extensive manual therapy, and education about preventive measures. At In Motion Rehabilitation we try to keep the number of treatment sessions to a minimum so that you can get back to activity as quickly as possible with the least amount of expense. On average patients will see a physical therapist for one initial evaluation for a new injury and one or two follow-up visits. 

A 30-minute follow-up session that builds upon your initial evaluation, where your physical therapist continues your personalized treatment plan through targeted manual therapy, exercise progression, and technique refinement. During this visit, your progress will be assessed, and your treatment plan will be adjusted as needed to ensure optimal recovery and return to activity. These focused sessions are designed to maximize your rehabilitation while keeping your course of treatment efficient and cost-effective.

A therapeutic 30-minute follow-up massage session tailored to your ongoing treatment needs. Building on insights from your initial consultation, your massage therapist will focus on specific areas of concern using targeted techniques to address muscle tension, improve mobility, and support your recovery goals. This session integrates with your overall rehabilitation plan, complementing any physical therapy treatments you may be receiving. Whether you're recovering from an injury or managing chronic tension, these focused sessions help maintain progress and promote continued healing.
