Tijdens een eerste prenataal consult maken we tijd om je dossier op te maken en je alle informatie te geven over wat we voor jou kunnen betekenen tijdens en na de zwangerschap.Het geeft ons tegelijk ook de kans om kennis te maken.Wens je een controle van je zwangerschap, in aanvulling op de controles bij je gynaecoloog, dan wordt dit ook tijdens de consultatie gedaan. Bloedafnames, suikertest, GBS-screening, controle van urine, gewicht, bloeddruk en foetale harttonen: het behoort allemaal tot ons takenpakket.En uiteraard maken we ruimte voor het bespreken van vragen of bezorgdheden omtrent je zwangerschap.De consultatie gaat door in onze praktijkruimte. Van prille zwangerschap tot de laatste loodjes, een zwanger lichaam kan alleen maar deugd hebben van ontspanning. Want deze massage zorgt niet alleen voor het verlichten van nek-, rug- en bekkenpijn, zware benen of algemene vermoeidheid; het zet ook je hoofd even uit. Zachte aanraking en aangepaste massagetechnieken geven een betere doorbloeding en verminderde spierspanning. En daardoor zal je lijfelijk ondervinden hoe het je nachtrust (en dus ook je mentale balans) ten goede komt. Ik laat je even landen in onze gezellige massageruimte. Je wordt verwelkomd met een drankje en terwijl je geniet van een voetbad bespreken we wat je wel en niet aangenaam vindt. Nadien mag je op je zijde gaan liggen voor een ontspannende massage van het volledige lichaam. Ik hou rekening met jouw wensen en ongemakken en je zal merken dat je je na afloop als herboren voelt. Plan dus na de massage niets meer in je agenda, zodat je voor de rest van de dag nog kan surfen op de golf van rust die je hebt mogen ontvangen.
