At A to Zen therapies we offer Dry Cupping. The cups are placed over multiple points on the affected area with a vacuum pump that lifts the soft tissue and creates an upward stretch within the muscle and associated fascia. During Dry Cupping therapy, cups can either be left in a static position or they can be moved from place to place on your skin for a massage-like effect.Dry cupping complement other therapy techniques such as Sports and Deep Tissue Massage, as the lifting effect provided from the cups works synergistically with the downward pressure application of manual massage.The combination of these therapies can provide pain relief and help ease the symptoms of many common muscular-skeletal disorders such as: Muscle pain and tensionReduced joint movementBack pain and sciatica

Du lernst Bewegungen im Moment, intuitiv und natürlich entstehen zu lassen, um das, was dein Körper gerade benötigt, zum Ausdruck zu bringen. So löst du Blockaden, bringst deine Lebensenergie wieder ins Fließen und deinen Körper zurück in ein Gefühl von Leichtigkeit und Gelassenheit. Der Kurs verbindet freies Tanzen mit angeleiteten Methoden, die Feldern, wie Embodiment, Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation, Somatic Experiencing und Tanztherapie entspringen.

Während du beim Intuitive Dance auch mal wild rumspringst, dich schüttelst und ins Schwitzen kommst, wird es hier ruhiger. Es geht um langsame, achtsame Bewegungen, die dir helfen, dich in allen Facetten zu spüren. Die Session ermöglicht dir, dein Nervensystem zu regulieren und gibt dir einen Raum für Integration.
