L'insegnante fornisce gli aggiustamenti, aiuta nella chiusura delle posture e indica come andare avanti nella sequenza, aggiungendo le posture una per volta, quando l'allievo è pronto. In questo modo la sequenza diventa un mala di posture legate insieme dal respiro e la pratica si trasforma in meditazione in movimento.

Classi pensate e strutturate specificamente per chi si accosti alla pratica per la prima volta, per chi voglia riprendere dopo una pausa o per chi in pausa pranzo abbia solo 1 ora da dedicare alla pratica. La sequenza della Prima Serie viene proposta in versione accorciata, scomposta in blocchi e le posture offerte con tutte le modifiche necessarie perchè la pratica sia accessibile a tutti.
