In this fourth case study, we will look at the timeline of events and the themes that emerged from examination of this case. Presenter: Tracy Kidd

This class is one where your child can ask the tutor for help on their needed homework such as narrative writings, essays, and grammatical problems.

2:1 Pilates Session is a duet class where you can exercise with a friend or partner while motivating each other. Compared to a 1:1 session, it reduces individual pressure and helps you stay consistent with your workouts in an enjoyable atmosphere. A professional instructor will guide both participants based on their fitness goals and body conditions, allowing for a more flexible and dynamic Pilates experience.For 2:1 sessions, you must book with your own partner, as the studio does not provide partner matching. 3:1 Semi-Private Pilates Session is a small-group class that utilizes various Pilates equipment such as the Tower Reformer, Chair, and Barrel, allowing for a more diverse workout experience. Exercising in a group setting naturally boosts motivation and creates an energetic and dynamic atmosphere.However, since this session involves the use of all equipment, it may be challenging if you are not familiar with them. We highly recommend trying the Intro Package first to gain experience with the equipment. Additionally, due to the nature of group classes, instructor selection is not available, and sessions may be canceled if the minimum number of participants is not met.3:1 sessions are randomly assigned, so you do not need to bring a pre-arranged partner. 1 hour doesn’t always mean full body. If there is a particular area that needs more attention then there may not be time for other areas. 1hour is good for full back of body (back of legs, glutes, back, shoulders and neck)

Full body Deep Tissue This is good for even time spent over the body full legs, back, chest and arms.If you want more focus on a specific area then time will be cut short or missed on other areas (eg more work required in shoulders and no work to arms)
