A retreat Day of meditation, reflection, relaxation and wellness.Focusing on Holistic therapies and wellbeing for you to feel, relaxed, supported, connected and validated.Nice and easy, simple yet potent and powerful healing.We will begin at 11am Settle in - meet - introductions, whilst enjoying a herbal tea elixir and a yummy grounding snack made by our in house Chef.Everyone will recieve a lined pad and a pen.I will briefly introduce our first meditation .1st Meditation - INNER CHILD When this is finished we will take time to journal, reflect and share.Some pairs work.Some movement - stretch - shake and sigh.REIKI - Pairs or collectively.Food and Drinks Intro to Integration / parts meditation.Meditation.BreakChoosing a crystal to work with you on the final meditation.Relaxation and positive focus Meditation.Mini sound Bath with Crystal singing bowl , tuning forks and shamanic drum.

The inner work is so important to your overall well-being as a person.My sessions are designed to support you with your inner work journey.I have a background in holistic therapies such as massage, reiki, crystals healing sound healing, I am qualified and experienced in hypnotherapy, santomatology, neuro psychology and much more.I've tailored my sessions to incorporate learned skills from various modalities to support you in the most optimum way I can .We will talk, there will be oracle cards, herbal tea, massage , reiki, crystals and healing hypnotherapy meditations ????‍♀️. I move from a space of personalism and years of experience ✨️. If your unsure what inner work is and or why it's important please feel free to ask me questions and I can do my best to explain this to you x These sessions are aimed at healing and integration and work better as regular long term sessions to the point you feel integrated with self Empowerment and a strong knowing of your Authentic self identity and expression.
