Our family, generational and personal woundings, trauma, unprocessed losses and pain can continue to impact our lives until we are committed to bringing them into our conscious awareness. When we do that, we are allowing our wounds to take us on a journey of transformation. Here are some of the things this approach can help with:Chronic Anxiety, Depression, Addictions, Persistent Grief, Sadness, Anger, Physical health implications, nervous system weakness, relationship difficulties (betrayal and loss), Disappointment and Anger with Family of Origin. Chronic Complex Health issues that develops post-injury, childbirth, life transition, emotional fluctuations, relational and early life trauma and any changes that can significantly impact your body's capacity to regulate. Sense of Feeling Loss in Life and Relationship Difficulties: Loss of direction, Pointlessness, Persistent Despair and Confusion about Life, Persistent Infidelity Patterns, Relationship distress. When we are experiencing any of the above, it indicates a lack of ease in our body which can also put a lot of pressure, toxicity and weight on our nervous system: which in turns impacts our digestive system and system. In this work, we are integrating the burdens of the body along with the burdens of emotions and life path that has been carried generationally in order to allow you to heal and walk a path of deep transformation to reclaim your personal life path. In this approach we may use the following: 1. Trauma-Informed Movement:Movement from Yoga-Based principles and Dance that feels safe, intuitive and connected to your body's story.2. Gentle Touch Therapy (In-Person): Gentle touching that allows for your nervous system to be co-regulated with the nervous system of your therapist. This helps your body move into safety especially if it has not been able to access safety easily.3. Family Constellation TherapyWith this approach, we will be processing the emotional ties, cords and bonds with people in your family tree that are impacting how your life is being lived out and are impacting the ease of your nervous system. This approach helps you disentangle from the fate and feelings of family members and possible unprocessed trauma within your family lineage.
