Your choice of anti-inflammatory balms or a personal aromatherapy blend designed to soothe and release physical and mental tension. Within the scope of my wellness massage practice, deep-tissue massage is not aimed at treating injuries, therefore if you are in need of rehabilitaton I would refer you to see a remedial massage therapist or a physiotherapist. $145 per hour
