1  Hour. Through up-close observation in the park, children observe and identify terrestrial macroinvertebrates and explore their respective habitats. 

1 Hour.  Children investigate the physical attributes of birds and identify how these link directly with the foods they eat and the habitats they live in. 

1 Hour. Children explore the park with Rangers to identify evidence of mammals and discuss different types of mammalian adaptations.
