Electrical Inspection on behalf of St Albans CouncilThis booking service is only avaialble for tenants of St Albans City & District Council.As landlords of the property, St Albans Council have instructed Penmilne Electrical Contractors to carry out this important electrical safety inspection.Penmilne’s Operative will check the electrical installation and need full access to the fuse board. A small percentage of electrical sockets & switches will be removed for inspection throughout the property. The electrician will also check/upgrade the smoke detectors as required.
