Our Hatha Yoga classes are designed to provide a transformative journey through the practice of yoga: with asana (postures), pranayama (breath work) and relaxation/meditation. Class duration: 1 hour. If you cant make it to class, please let me know 48 hours in advance and I'll change the date for you without charge. Within those 48 hours, your liberated spot is unlikely to be booked, because people book in advance and stop trying when class has already showed up full. Thank you for understanding
