All our staff are professionally trained by Start-Rite and undergo yearly in-house refreshers. Between us we have over 25years experience measuring feet and fitting shoes, you can be assured your in the safest hands. This is a complementary service for all customers. For those requiring measuring only please see the measuring pass service. We recommend regular visits to check those growing feet and to maintain good foot health for our children. Please book a double appointment if you are shopping for more than one shoe style or have more than one child.

If you need new school shoes, then look no further. We stock some of the best school shoes on the market. Whether your child is as dainty as a butterfly or as active as chimpanzee we have the school shoe for them. In this half an hour slot we will measure your child's feet, then assess their level of activity and guide you to the best school shoe, after all, they will spend at least 8hrs a day, 5 days a week, in them, so they need to be right. Please book a double appointment if you are shopping for more than 1 pair of shoe or are bringing more than 1 child.

We understand that shopping can be overwhelming when you're Autistic, Deaf or have sensory impairments. Our staff are very experienced and educated in these areas and will endeavour to provide you with a calming environment. We aim to make your experience less busy, noisy and bright by adapting our shop to your needs. Please let us know any sensory difficulties when you book so we can prepare for you ahead of your visit. If you communicate using BSL please let us know and make a prior booking at least 48hours before,such appointments are available Monday,Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and Saturdays.
