BODY BLITZ at Fit Space is the POWER HOUR that guarantees to have you working hard & feeling STRONG!   BODY BLITZ is the perfect mix of strength and cardio. We focus on training in the anaerobic heart rate zone to increase muscle mass, strength, and power!   Building strength and muscle endurance using body weight, weights and various other equipment; this class will leave you feeling proud and strong with every muscle well and truly BLITZ'ed!   If you want to feel powerful, strong and proud of what your body can do, this class is for you! Please remember your water bottle and complete the Fit Space 2025 PAR-Q form before attending your first class. Cancellations At Fit Space, I want to provide everyone with a professional and respectful environment. To ensure that I can offer the best service, and to offer someone else an opportunity to train (when you're unable to attend) there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. 24-Hour Notice: If you cannot attend your intended and booked class, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class time will incur a £5 cancellation fee. Please note, that Marlene or any of the trainers at Fit Space reserves the right to withhold or refuse training as and when deemed appropriate, including when a participant did not complete the required PAR-Q before attending any class or training session or in the past 12 months.

Before we start training together, whether in person or online, your first INTRODUCTORY session will also include a comprehensive fitness test, a physical assessment of your mobility, and any current movement restrictions. Based on your fitness test results, goals, and any existing or previous injuries, I will design a program that is personalised to you. As you increase your fitness levels and gain strength, we will reassess your fitness every couple of months, which means we can analyse your progress and celebrate your achievements!

Fit Space is a fully equipped studio, meaning your 1-1 training sessions are always varied, dynamic, fun and specifically tailored to your goals, utilising a variety of equipment and exercises. Having me as your trainer guarantees you an accountability partner and personal cheerleader. I will push and challenge you to safely do just a little more, every time so that you get the most out of your hour with me. Before we start training together, whether in person or online, your first INTRODUCTORY session will include a comprehensive fitness test and physical assessment of your current fitness level, mobility and to identify any movement restrictions.  Based on your fitness test results, goals and any (existing or previous) injuries, I will design a personalised and progressive program specific to you, to help you build strength, improve mobility, and achieve tangible results. If you’ve ever felt unsure about where to start, worried about exercising with improper form (because fitness should never lead to injuries), have existing injuries that hinder your training or find the atmosphere of a busy gym intimidating, then a private PT session with me - is the perfect answer for you! To book a regular weekly spot, select a date on the calendar and choose to pay for a single session (or to secure your spot pay a small deposit) or book a block of 10x sessions (which includes one FREE session)
