BODY BLITZ at Fit Space is the POWER HOUR that guarantees to have you working hard & feeling STRONG!   BODY BLITZ is the perfect mix of strength and cardio. We focus on training in the anaerobic heart rate zone to increase muscle mass, strength, and power!   Building strength and muscle endurance using body weight, weights and various other equipment; this class will leave you feeling proud and strong with every muscle well and truly BLITZ'ed!   If you want to feel powerful, strong and proud of what your body can do, this class is for you! Please remember your water bottle and complete the Fit Space 2025 PAR-Q form before attending your first class. Cancellations At Fit Space, I want to provide everyone with a professional and respectful environment. To ensure that I can offer the best service, and to offer someone else an opportunity to train (when you're unable to attend) there is a 24-hour cancellation policy. 24-Hour Notice: If you cannot attend your intended and booked class, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class time will incur a £5 cancellation fee. Please note, that Marlene or any of the trainers at Fit Space reserves the right to withhold or refuse training as and when deemed appropriate, including when a participant did not complete the required PAR-Q before attending any class or training session or in the past 12 months.

Before we start training together, whether in person or online, your first INTRODUCTORY session will also include a comprehensive fitness test, a physical assessment of your mobility, and any current movement restrictions. Based on your fitness test results, goals, and any existing or previous injuries, I will design a program that is personalised to you. As you increase your fitness levels and gain strength, we will reassess your fitness every couple of months, which means we can analyse your progress and celebrate your achievements!

Fit Space is a fully equipped studio, meaning your 1-1 training sessions are always varied, dynamic, fun and specifically tailored to your goals, utilising a variety of equipment and exercises. Having me as your trainer guarantees you an accountability partner and personal cheerleader.
