В основу методики данного занятия заложены элементы йоги, гимнастики и паркура, однако это направление сильно выделяется среди остальных.Все упражнения выполняются в опоре только на ладони и стопы, потому это хорошо тренирует мышцы живота в разных плоскостях- именно так, как человек использует их в жизни.Уровень подготовки любой.Занятие проходит без использования коврика для йоги.
