Mon 10.00am: Our 60minute Pilates class is great for all ages and abilities and is usually fully booked. Therefore we must stress that Booking in advance is essential!  Please check your confirmation email when booking, if the class is fully booked you will now be placed on our new waiting list for Monday Pilates. If a space becomes available everyone on the list will be notified by email automatically and be offered the chance to reserve a place, first-come, first-served!

Tue 6.15pm: The Bootcamp involves a high intensity interval style workout that is guaranteed to burn fat and tone your whole body. We very rarely use any equipment, utilising old school body weight exercises that hit the whole body. All classes are £4.00 - Pay on arrival - Discount Card £24.00 for 8 classes

Fungi have formed an important part of human medicine for many millennia, from the ancient Egyptian uses of Penicillium moulds to traditional Chinese medicinal uses of bracket fungi. Many of our modern antibiotics are produced by fungi, along with other ground-breaking drugs such as statins, immune suppressants and more. This talk will cover a general introduction of the main medicinal mushrooms, their active compounds, their role in folk medicine and modern evidence-based mycotherapy. Our speaker, Attila Fodi is a Field mycologist, specialised to polypores and medicinal mushrooms. He uses ancient Chinese sources (in their original version, not only from translations, because he speaks and read Chinese), Eastern and Central European ethnomycological sources and the most up-to-date scientific publications to bring us closer the fantastic world of fungal medicines.

Make a clay pot - Taking inspiration from nature you will learn hand building techniques to make a clay pot. You will use foraged twigs and leaves to add pattern and texture to your pot. Pots can be taken home on the day to dry out and paint if you wish. £11 per person, ages 8 and up.Please remember you need a Festival Ticket in order to join us on site for the weekend's free events and access any additional booked sessions.
