Exercises may include spinal articulation, core and leg work, side-lying series, kneeling and standing movements, adapted as needed. Suitable for Pre-Pilates to Beginner 1–2 and those returning to movement. As it becomes an established semi-private class, pricing will gradually move toward its standard rate of $15–20 per session.

Online Mat Pilates ClassesOnline classes follow the same traditional-based structure as in-person sessions and run for 25–30 minutes. Each class is fully demonstrated by the instructor, with clear verbal cueing and level options offered within each movement.As these classes are delivered online, individual modifications cannot be provided. Participants are encouraged to select the level that feels appropriate for their body and move within their own comfort and ability.Minimal equipment is used, with simple at-home alternatives suggested where needed (for example, light hand weights may be substituted with household items such as cans).A Zoom link will be sent once payment is confirmed.Introductory Pricing These classes are currently offered at an introductory rate.
