During the lesson, I will be playing on my piano which will appear on your computer screen. I'll teach you any song you want to play and uncover the music theory reasons why it sounds good. After each lesson, I will record a personalized video of what we learned for homework.

Durée de la séance : 1h30Pour une approche encore plus personnalisée, que ce soit pour un débutant qui souhaite apprendre, ou pour un joueur déjà "confirmé" qui souhaite entretenir son jeu, intégrer de nouvelles aptitudes...L'occasion de jouer en face à face avec "son" coach, de renforcer sa technique, d' identifier et développer les filières tactiques les plus adaptées à votre profil de joueur, avec une intensité physique adaptée.Captation /analyse video, débriefing sur le court et bilan post-séance feront partie des outils permettant de travailler en profondeur sur tous les secteurs de votre jeu.  OPTIONS : - séance semi-individuelle : partager la séance avec le partenaire de votre choix : 60€ - durée 1h : 35€

D'une durée de 2h, à 4 par terrain et par coach, ces séances sont construites pour maximiser le temps de jeu, avec une recherche de volume (frappes, courses...) et d'intensité physique.Chaque séance vise à inclure :      -du travail technique,        -de l'analyse tactique,      -de la préparation physique/mentale,   dans des conditions permettant d'individualiser les consignes et de personnaliser les débriefing... bref on fait tout comme les pros!Déconseillé aux « purs » débutants, mais ouvert aux joueuses et joueurs de tous niveaux qui veulent entretenir ou améliorer leurs performances, se dépenser physiquement et être dans une véritable démarche d’entrainement.
