Your Digital Business Review is a virtual meeting that will be held over MS Teams, and is a service which aims to identify the digital solutions/strategies your business needs. Our Digital Business Advisers can analyse your business, including your current challenges and future plans and provide support to identify the best digital solutions to boost you forward. After the meeting, our Adviser will provide you with a Digital Support Plan with solutions tailored to your business. If you require further support, you'll then be invited to book a Follow Up Meeting, where our adviser will dive deeper into digital solutions with you.

My duties as a business consultant is to help find solutions to problems and presenting those analyses to you the business owner.  It is my obligation to work closely with business owners to gather as much information needed to assess what changes need to be implemented to solve and improve the business.  After gathering and analyzing this information I can develop reports for the business owner detailing solutions to help reach company goals.

Most of us have experienced emotional or physical trauma on some level, which can restrict our breathing and capacity to feel. The resulting body armoring and muscular tension can endure for years. BBTRS’ integrative sessions support you to consciously release trauma and live with greater aliveness, freedom and connection to self and others. Cost is a sliding scale $90-120 NZ per 75 minute session (account details for payment given after time of booking). It is beneficial and preferred to work through a 3-5 session series. Series package options: 3 sessions $240 - $360. 5 sessions $480 -$600.

Drawing from personal experience of powerfully conceiving, carrying, birthing and mothering my own four children and professional knowledge in my role as a midwife -  I invite you to explore and example your fears and hopes to shape them into reality. I guide women through the transitions of pregnancy / birth and motherhood. With over 5 years of experience in the learning and development sector, Tom has delivered behavioural change workshops for international organisations and coaching programmes for employees ranging from entry-level to C-suite. His coaching style, built around a person-centred approach, enables his clients to develop new strategies and tactics for maximising their emotional intelligence, leading to heightened self-awareness, increased resilience and more flexible communication skills. He holds a PGCert in Coaching Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London; he is a member of Association of Coaching (AC) and a SDI 2.0 profiling tool practitioner.

Lauren holds a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology and is educated to degree level in Psychology (BSc). She uses her knowledge of behavioural change, employee relations and motivation to inform the design and delivery of development workshops. She is certified as a Brain Based Coach by the Neuro Leadership Institute and has a strong reputation for applying the latest thinking in neuropsychology to leadership best practise. She has experience coaching leaders in both group and one-to-one settings. She is known for her calm and pragmatic approach.

As a multi-lingual leadership consultant, facilitator and coach, Fiona has over 20 years of international experience in designing and delivering learning and development solutions. ​ Fiona moved to Barcelona in 2008, where she worked locally and internationally as a freelancer trainer and coach for 13 years. Fiona draws on her strong cross-communication and interpersonal skills to quickly develop rapport with people and design and facilitate. Leadership programmes in French and Spanish. She increases clients’ self-awareness and brings energy and interaction to her learning events, creating an open environment in which to explore attitudes and facilitate behavioural change. Fiona is an accredited coach by the International Coaching Federation, certified in DISC Psychometric assessment and has a Master in Clinical Psychotherapy practice.
