Social Walk for past and present Reactive Rover Clients in a secure paddock.

A 5 week introductory Parkour course with the first 3 sessions will taking place in Holt Heath, at the secure paddock, and the final two will be out and about. You will be added to the Facebook group and, after this course, you can attend any of the individual Parkour orientated meet ups that I hold. Dates are: Thursday 6th, 13th and 20th June at the paddock Thursday 27th June and 4th July out and about (we will decide between us) Dogs need to be reasonably happy around other dogs but there should be a certain amount of ability to work with dogs that just need a little space (don't like other dogs in their face) providing that you can manage comfortably when we go out and about. It is not suitable for dogs who are reactive.

Group Parkour session for those who have had initial training. All dogs must be comfortable around other dogs and people.

If you have cleats that need to be properly aligned to your cycling shoes, sign up for this service. It includes measurement of your foot size, forefoot identification in your shoes, observation of your pedaling style on our fit bike and alignment of cleats based on your foot size and pedaling style. 1st pair of shoes are RM75 and each additional pair of shoes thereafter are RM40 each.

This fit session is appropriate for Entry-Level Cyclists who are either unsure whether their current bike set-up is optimal or need a quick check of their positioning on their bike. It involves the following: - Cleat alignment check with adjustment if necessary. - Analysis of your position on the bike. - Adjustment of your bike based on the fitting results. - Detailed report of your fit session. Cost RM600 for Road Bike and RM750 for TT/Tri Bike.

For those who have been riding for a while or have comfort issues or performance limitations, this is the session you want to do! The Complete fit looks at all aspects of fitting you to your own bike and includes the following: - A review of your riding history, performance goals, & comfort issues on the bike. - An assessment of your functional mobility on and off the bike. - Cleat alignment with corrections, shoe wedging or shimming if necessary. - 3D Motion Capture analysis of your position and riding style on the bike - Saddle pressure analysis (Gebiomized) to assist with saddle fit and positioning. - Adjustments to your bike based on the results to optimize fit. - A comprehensive report summarizing the results of the fit with recommendations for future actions. - Exercise prescription, if necessary to help improve your functional movement on and off the bike.  Cost RM950 for Road Bike and RM1150 for TT/Tri Bike. Price of session includes a refit within 2 months of your initial session if you feel the original fit position has not helped you. It does NOT however include a refit if you have changed parts (e.g. different saddle, new stem) on your bike since the first fit or wish to be fitted on a different bike.
