This service will be mandatory in the state of Maryland for 30 hours of education in the classroom. and 6 hours of driving practice. You can attend this class even if you don't have learners permit. However, the information will not be transferred to Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) until you got your permit from MVA.

HeartSaver First Aid certification course is a video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services arrives.
