The Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Course is a specialized training program designed to equip healthcare professionals with the necessary skills to respond effectively in emergency situations. The course is administered by certified instructors and follows the guidelines set forth by the American Heart Association (AHA).(This is a blended course)During the BLS Provider Course, participants learn essential life-saving techniques and protocols for providing basic emergency care to individuals experiencing cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, or other medical emergencies. The course covers topics such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), automated external defibrillator (AED) usage, and basic airway management.Participants receive hands-on training and practice on manikins to simulate real-life scenarios, allowing them to develop proficiency in performing CPR techniquesUpon successful completion of the BLS Provider Course, participants will receive a AHA BLS certification card that is valid for  two years. This certification demonstrates their competence in providing basic life support and may be required for employment in healthcare settings or as a prerequisite for advanced life support training.Overall, the BLS Provider Course plays a crucial role in ensuring that healthcare professionals are equipped with the necessary skills to respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations, potentially saving lives and improving patient outcomes.

HeartCode BLS, offered by AHA, is a blended course requiring separate payment for the online portion. Students complete a portion online prior to attending a skill session. Upon completion, students receive a two-year AHA certification, making it ideal for healthcare students and providers seeking valid certification.This class is for students that already completed (or plan to complete) the AHA HeartCode BLS online course and need to verify their hands-on skills. In order to receive certification. students must provide successful completion of the online portion before they can attend the Skills Session.

8-week course booking The first year of your baby’s life is the best time to introduce swimming, and begin to build a bond with water through play. Creating this magical bond with water will set them up for a life of confidence and safety around the water. Our instructor will guide you step by step on how to hold your baby to ensure you keep them safe. Play is a key factor of our Sea Stars sessions, using toys, songs, and games to encourage your little one as they explore the water.

8-week course booking As your baby starts to walk and communicate more, our lessons become more active The sessions continue to encourage play whilst introducing new skills such as swimming movements, bubble breathing, and jumping. We will also take the chance to introduce submersion if your child is ready.

Helmet. -We can supply helmets, but it's better to bring your own.2. Water Bottle.3. Closed Shoes. -Please avoid open shoes such as sandals.4. Short, or long sleeve shirt. -No singlets.BikesWe supply the bikes. -Please avoid setting expectations that riders will learn on their own bike.We specifically use bikes that are easy to teach with.Once we get them riding on our bikes, we can typically transition them to their own suitable bikes if time permits.
