Our Photography sessions offers a range of options, from family portraits to corporate headshots… and even pet portraits! We work with you to make your vision a reality! We offer customized packages based on the length of the shoot and the number of edited photos you desire. If the day you are requesting falls on a weekend Friday - Sunday select this option.Rate: $150Deposit: $50Plus TaxesFriday Rental - If your event falls on a Friday you can show up early to decorate, but guests can not arrive until 6:00 PM. Friday Rentals are a 12 hour time slot. You should have everything cleaned up and ready to be re-rented by 6:00 AM the following day.Please note that on Saturday and Sunday the rental is a 24 hour time slot. Your rental time starts at 6:00 AM and goes until 6:00 AM the next day. 

Up to two hours, two locations, two wardrobe changes and a digital gallery of at least 100 images. Session to take place in Delaware County; outside county limits, travel fee does apply.

CLEAR SPRING FIRE & RESCUE is proud to now provide our community with a new meeting spot for the following HOA meetings and any other community meetings. We no longer host Birthday Parties here at the station but we will send a fire truck to the house of the birthday as long as it's in the district and you call ahead of time let us know times and dates. Also there will be a $25.00 deposit on all meeting room bookings that would be refunded on the following business day any damage or miss proper use of the room will forfeit any deposit. There will be no cost of the room rental for district residents any outside district residents will be charged $75.00 + $25.00 deposit which would be refund the following business day.
