The Hunk Express will pick up the Bachelorette/Birthday girl and her friends at her home, hotel, or vacation rental in Nashville. The bus will have 2 of Nashville's sexiest male dancers ready to get you in the party mood! The bus will drop you off right in the heart of the action on Broadway in EPIC form! I also understand that by boarding the vehicle, I intend to engage with the dancer(s) and I acknowledge that the engagement may include physical contact and potentially sexually suggestive comments by dancer(s). 5. I further hereby AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the RELEASEES from any loss, liability, damage or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that they may incur due to my participation in said activity, WHETHER CAUSED BY MY NEGLIGENCE, NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEES or otherwise. 6. I understand that The Hunk Express LLC does not maintain any insurance policy, other than fleet insurance coverage, covering any circumstance arising from my participation in this event or any activity associated with or facilitating that participation. When you purchase the individual ticket, you will be purchasing for the day you plan to ride, and the approximate time. Once your ticket is emailed to you, you can show that emailed ticket (paper or on your phone) to our team anytime between 9PM and 1AM as long as seats are still available. Booking of a session indicates agreement to the following: Session fee is due at time of booking and includes:ALL FULL RESOLUTION DIGITAL IMAGES from your session delivered via download from an online gallery within two weeks. Professional prints and Christmas Cards can be purchased for an additional fee. Session fee is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another person if you cannot make your appointment. Appointments are for immediate family only, and the time allotted only allows for a family with around 3 children. If you have more children in your immediate family or you would like to include extended family (i.e., cousins, all the grandchildren, etc) please book back-to-back appointments to allow extra time for the additional children and multiple group shots. Plan to be at the toy shop for around 20 minutes. The actual time in front of the camera is only around 10 minutes, but we allow the additional time for check-in, instructions and transitions. We allow a couple of minutes for each child to talk with Santa and get individual shots, and a few minutes for a few group shots with all children together. YOU MUST ARRIVE ON TIME. This keeps our entire day on schedule and everyone’s children happy. If you arrive late, you may be asked to wait until a break in the schedule or rescheduled IF there are any available appointments. Remember, it is not unusual for children to cry or avoid Santa. We have a few tricks up our sleeves for this, but we cannot offer refunds. It's just a moment in time and we will capture that classic screaming-baby-in-Santa's-lap photo that you will truly come to treasure in the years to come.
